We keep our coaching fees affordable so that as many people as possible can benefit from coaching.
We also provide some free coaching courses each year for people on a very limited budget, for example if you're unemployed, or working to develop a new skill. See below for more information about our free courses.
Our fees for personal coaching
Coaching is available either over the phone or in person. We normally have 6 coaching sessions held over a period of 6 weeks to 6 months depending on your availability and the goal you are working towards.
Fees can be paid individually, or as a lump sum.
You can pay by cheque, electronic transfer, cash or by PayPal (using the buttons below).
Telephone coaching
Single session £50
6 sessions (paid together) £275
Face-to-face coaching
Single session £70
6 sessions (paid together) £390
* All rates above are subject to VAT.
Free courses
We provide a limited number of free one-to-one coaching courses each year.
If you're interested in applying for a free course, please complete our enquiry form, and tell us why you would like us to give you 6 free sessions of coaching.
Please note that free coaching is usually provided only via the telephone.
